Begin by holding the wide end of the tie on the right and the small end on the left. The small end should be just above your belly button.
Then place the wide end across the small end, to the left.
Bring the wide end under the small end and then go across to the right.
Then pull it up to the center, toward the neck loop.
Pull the wide end through the neck loop and across to the left.
Bring it over the front, and then over on the right.
While it’s still underneath, pull the wide end up into the neck loop.
Pull it into through the loop.
Finally, to tighten the knot, pull down on the wide end. Pull the knot and adjust to your liking.
