1.1. Welcome to Signature Club, Eton’s customer club.
1.2. By becoming a member of Signature Club, you accept these membership terms.
2.1. Membership is voluntary and free of charge. The member relationship is between you as an individual and Eton (Eton AB, corporate identity number 556255-2439). Furthermore, membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
2.2. You are responsible for keeping your contact details, including your e-mail address, up to date.
2.3. You are responsible for your account activity and for ensuring that no one else has access to your login details. We recommend that you have a unique and secure password that you keep safe. If your login details have been disclosed or lost, please contact our customer service team.
3.1. We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and cookies policy.
4.1. We are not responsible for any errors or reduced functionality of Signature Club, or for any consequences thereof. We also take no responsibility for loss or damage caused by the expulsion from, changes to, or termination of membership.
4.2. These membership terms are governed by Swedish law, unless mandatory national consumer protection rules give you more favorable rights. All disputes, disagreements, etc. that arise in connection with your membership are to be ultimately decided by an applicable court in Sweden, unless mandatory national consumer protection rules give you more favorable rights.
4.3. If you have any complaints about these membership terms, you can always contact our customer service team and subsequently also submit your complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR). Such dispute resolution is free of charge. You can find out more at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
5.1. Membership takes effect when you register and can be terminated at any time by contacting our customer service team.
5.2. We reserve the right to terminate your membership if we suspect unauthorized use, violation of these membership terms or fraud, or have other reasonable grounds.
5.3. To comply with legislation on the processing of personal data, we may terminate your membership and delete all your personal data if you have been inactive for a period of more than 3 years.
